Do you ship outside the USA?
US Shipping is always free. We also ship to Canada, Australia, and the UK; please contact us for a quote. Expect shipping to be costly for whole bedspreads, larger lots of fabric and garments because of the shipping weight of the parcel.
If you are located outside of the areas that we ship to, you still have options: You may choose to use a freight forwarder. Or, have your parcel shipped to a confirmed US address of a relative or acquaintance, then they can forward to you.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We can create a custom order for you, providing that we have the fabric you’re looking for. Our most common requests are for our “pinwheels” of chenille – hand-selected, premium quality chenille quilt squares. We can create these in any number to meet your needs.
Is everything you have already listed on your website?
No, definitely not 🙂 We have an extensive collection of vintage chenille bedspreads, rugs, fabrics, linens, textiles and other items amassed over many generations. It is simply not possible to list everything we have here. If you are looking for something in particular, please reach us anytime and we’re glad to try to accommodate your request.
When will I receive my order?
Virtually all orders ship USPS, either via Priority or First Class. Parcel Select is not commonly used because of the inherent problems associated with it being notoriously slow. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location. ALL orders have a USPS-issued tracking number which will be sent to you so you can monitor your delivery status.
Must I be present to sign for my parcel?
Yes – IF Signature Confirmation was included with your shipment, you or an authorized representative must be physically present to sign for the parcel. If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery, you can either pick up your package at your Post Office, or schedule a re-delivery easily online so that the USPS can attempt another delivery at a better time for you.
